- Organization Admin can make featured layer contains in his/her organization.
- Make Feature button will appear in Explore Layer page for that layers.
- Featured layers will display under FEATURED LAYERS section at homepage.
- Featured layer can not be downloaded by anyone.
- Other users can send Download Request to Admin.
